SIGN UP FOR VENDOR SPACE
We are now accepting applications for partners who wish to have vendor space at the 2022 IWWF World Barefoot Championships. Vendors space is available on Friday, October 11th (finals of the barefoot event) along with Saturday, October 12th (finals of the event and Auburndale’s City Fest in the park).
Vendors are welcome to come earlier in the week if you choose so.
VENDOR APPLICATION SIGN UP
The 2024 IWWF World Open, Under 23 & Junior Barefoot Water Ski Championships will take place at Championship Lake in Auburndale from October 5th-12th. The competition will draw 2,000 spectators on Saturday October 12th with the event coinciding with Auburndale’s City Fest in the Park next to our event. The Barefoot Championships will include both international participants/fans and the local community. Our Vendor Village area will host all of our partners who want to interact and engage with all spectators. Please register by clicking Register, creating an Eventeny Account and filling out the application. Space is limited and we will review your application to let you know if your application is approved.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Applications for the event are due by September 1st, 2024. Please note, power is limited at the event site; vendors that need electric for their booth space are encouraged to bring a generator. Your application does NOT guarantee you a vendor space at the event, as there is limited availability at the Vendor Village area.
Bronze Partnership
Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep and located next to the spectators viewing area. We project 2,000 attendees to be in the park on Saturday 12 for our event and Auburndale’s City Fest. As a Bronze Partner in the Vendor area you will receive:
- 10 x 10 Vendor Space
- Item included in 150 Athlete/Official Goodie Bags (provided by Sponsor)
- Table
- Chairs
- Banner Placement (provided by Sponsor)
Silver Partnership
Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep and located lakeside next to the spectators. We project 2,000 attendees to attend the event along with Auburndale’s City Fest that will be Saturday October 12th in the park. As a Silver Partner in the Vendor area you will receive:
- 20 x 20 Vendor Space
- Item included in 150 Athlete/Official Goodie Bags (provided by Sponsor)
- Table
- Chairs
- Banner Placement (provided by Sponsor)
- Logo Inclusion in Event Program
Gold Partnership
Single booth space is 20 feet wide and 20 feet deep and located in the Vendor Area. We project 2,000 attendees to attend the event and Auburndale’s City Fest event on Saturday October 12th in the park. As a Gold Partner in the Vendor area you will receive:
